Have you watched Eclipse? Two days ago I watched it with my best friends. It was fun. I mean it could be our last meeting because some of us take different universities so we will be separated.

However, I think Eclipse was good. I've seen in imdb.com that it got only 3/10. But actually, I think it's not that bad. Of course if I compare it with the novel, the novel is so much better. But, eclipse isn't that bad. It should get at least 7/10. I start to think why a film or celebrity that has loyal fans actually makes some people who aren't big fans start to hate the movie without no reason. For example, Twilight. We all know Twilight has a lot of very loyal fans. The Twilight films always got bad reviews in most of movie reviews sites. So did Miley in The Last Song or Hannah Montana. Her movie, either The Last Song or Hannah Montana got bad ratings too. Like Britney Spears, she has a lot of fans, but she has a lot of haters too.

Eclipse is amazing I think. It's better than Twilight and New Moon. It has so many stories like werewolf legend, Jasper and Rosalie's story, and there are some new vampires, one of them is Riley Biers, played by Xavier Samuel which I think he is a scene stealer for this Eclipse movie. I enjoy the movie. It has more action scenes. More funny scenes. And also more kissing scenes than Twilight and New Moon. The Volturi also shown up in Eclipse, but only in a few scenes. However, I still can't feel the power of Volturi in Eclipse. It also happened when I watched New Moon too. When I read the book, I feel like the Volturi having a very powerful charisma that makes everyone afraid of them. but, in the movie I didn't see that. I hope the Volturi will have a big part in Breaking Dawn.

Movie Review : Tooth Fairy

"Enjoyable, but not memorable"

Synopsis :

Derek Thompson is 'The Tooth Fairy,' a hard-charging minor league hockey player whose nickname comes from his habit of separating opposing players from their bicuspids. When Derek discourages a youngster's hopes, he's sentenced to one week's hard labor as a real tooth fairy, complete with the requisite tutu, wings and magic wand. At first, Derek "can't handle the tooth" – bumbling and stumbling as he tries to furtively wing his way through strangers' homes…doing what tooth fairies do. But as Derek slowly adapts to his new position, he begins to rediscover his own forgotten dreams.

I have to admit that I adore Dawyne Johnson. I love when he plays in a children movies such as Game Plan, Race to Witch Mountain, and now Tooth Fairy. I enjoyed this movie. Some scenes are funny. Although the story was kinda insane, I think that was okay because it's just a children movies, made to entertain children. I''m sure children gonna love it. But I'm not sure adults will love it too. Maybe they will think that this story is total fake bla bla bla. But who cares? It's just a movie. I'm sure if you just sit and relax watching this movie, you will be entertained. Don't think about the plot, or the fake stuff, just enjoy it. Dawyne Johnson was okay. Not so good but not so bad. The other cast were also okay, especially the little girl played by Destiny Whitlock. She is so cute. Love her! I think this movie was enjoyable, but not memorable.

Movie Review : Ghost of Girlfriends Past

"Enjoyable, but not so special movie"

He arrives at his dead uncle's estate during the rehearsal the night before the wedding; he starts in, taking his brother aside, trashing marriage. Later in the men's room, his uncle, who taught Connor all he knows about women, appears to him, confesses to have been wrong, and tells Connor that three ghosts will visit him that night: the ghosts of girlfriends past, present, and future. Connor has already set the breakup in motion. Can he learn anything from his life and fix what he's broken?

I had no idea before about this movie. In fact, I thought it is a horror movie, considering the title has "Ghost" in it. I haven't seen the poster too. And, I was very wrong. It is a drama-comedy movie. This movie was enjoyable, but it's not a film that everyone will remember forever. It's just like another romance comedy movie. Not so special, but quite good. The story wasn't original. If you watch this movie, it will remind you to "A Christmas Carol." This movie has the same idea as Christmas Carol. A guy who loves to play women and doesn't have feeling, will be visited by 3 ghosts to remind him that his life would be bad if he continues act like that. So, just look like Christmas Carol, right? That's why I don't think this movie was special. But it was okay to watch. I still enjoy the plot, some jokes although they weren't funny enough to make me laugh, and the romantic scenes.Jennifer Garner and Matthew McConaughey played good and they match each other. If you have a lot of free time, you may watch this. Maybe this movie can refresh your mind. That's why romance-comedy genre are created for movies right?
